Stichting Eindhoven365 processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this information to us yourself.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are under the age of 16 years. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities in order to prevent the collection of data about children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data on a minor without such consent, please contact us at info@eindhoven365.nl and we will delete this information.

For what purpose and on which basis do we process personal data?

Stichting Eindhoven365 processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To be able to call or email you if this is necessary for us to be able to provide our services.
  • To email you to confirm your participation.
  • To email you to confirm your vote.

How long we keep personal data

Stichting Eindhoven365 will not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the goals for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:

  • Maximum 120 days (4 months)

Sharing personal data with third parties

Stichting Eindhoven365 does not sell any data to third parties. There is a possibility that data from participants is shared for PR purposes. The sharing of participants' personal data is without any commercial interest and will only be done with the knowledge of the participant.

With any companies that process your data on our behalf, we will also enter into a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Stichting Eindhoven365 remains responsible for these processes.

Stichting Eindhoven365 uses functional, analytical, and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet, or smartphone when you visit this website for the first time. Stichting Eindhoven365 only uses cookies for technical functionality. These ensure that the website works properly and that, for example, your preferences are remembered. Modifying, correcting, and removing personal data

You have the right to modify, correct, and remove your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your possible consent for the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Stichting Eindhoven365 and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can request us to send the personal data we have on you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.

You can send a request for access, modification, removal of your personal data or request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@eindhoven365.nl.

To make sure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. Make sure to cross out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) with black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible but within four weeks.

Eindhoven365 Foundation takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes.
